Exporting from Canada

With the able assistance, where necessary, of foreign counsel we advise clients of market opportunities, the regulation of businesses in foreign markets, and how to cope with tariff and non-tariff barriers to trade. We assist them in their application for government financing or other assistance for export sales transactions. We also assist in negotiating sales transactions with foreign corporations and governments. We advise and assist clients with respect to applications for export and re-export permits.
