The Tax Specialist Group, TSG, is an association of tax specialist firms. It is Canada's largest independent tax consulting group. With offices across Canada, members consult on Canadian and international tax planning and tax disputes. The members of the Tax Specialist Group are:

The collaboration of these firms allows for greater specialization of skills and the combining of expertise and experience. Together, the group has over 30 senior tax professionals engaged in the full-time practice of tax consulting.
The member firms, while independent entities, cooperate closely in a number of ways:
- The firms publish a newsletter, Tax Perspectives, which is distributed free-of-charge to clients, and contacts of member firms.
- Also, Tax Tip of the Week is distributed by e-mail frequently, providing tax savings ideas, and rapid dissemination of important information.
- TSG member firms hold a conference annually, which is attended by all members, with attendance generally numbering about 40 senior tax professionals.
TSG members also have access to professionals within the International Tax Specialist Group (ITSG). ITSG is an international network with tax specialist firms in over 30 countries. Through ITSG member firms and their associates, professional tax, legal and consulting services can be arranged in the following countries:
